Michael Tidball has worked in both the private and government sectors, having previously worked as a ministerial advisor in the New South Wales Government and served as Chief Executive of The Law Society of New South Wales for the past 17 years. Since his appointment as CEO of The Law Society of New South Wales, Mr Tidball has overseen a range of reforms to the organisation, and this work has been undertaken at a time of strong growth in the legal services sector. In 2013 Mr Tidball was appointed to an additional role as Chief Executive of LAWASIA, a confederation of law associations across the Asia Pacific region which is committed to advancing the Rule of Law and pursuing the interests and concerns of the legal profession in the Asia Pacific region.

Matthew Hindson has been an admirer and involved with The Song Company for at least 25 years. He has been commissioned by them, and his students have participated in education programs. Matthew is interested in ensuring that the excellence and vibrancy of this great Australian ensemble is appreciated by a wide range of music lovers across the country.

Louise
Guy

Louise Guy has 17 years professional experience in the Financial Services industry and is currently working in Finance for ANZ Global Markets, Sydney. For 10 years Louise worked in Finance at Deutsche Bank in Sydney, Singapore and Manila. She has a proven track record managing high performing teams, partnering the business to deliver on strategy and leading large scale projects across the globe. Louise is passionate about developing herself and others. She actively seeks opportunities to Mentor and Coach others and participates as a Mentee regularly. Louise holds a Bachelor of Financial Administration. After cooking in Scotland and the French Alps in her late 20’s Louise was inspired on her return to Australia to run her own café in Sydney’s Elizabeth Bay. This exhilarating challenge saw her running a highly successful business for 6 years. The highlight of these café years being the extraordinary community spirit and lifelong relationships she built with staff and customer’s alike. Louise is community minded and passionate about the arts and social justice. Louise has been lucky enough to volunteer for various not-for-profits in Australia, Sri Lanka and Singapore. Louise joined the Board of The Song Company in October 2019.

Robert Bryden

With over 40 years of experience, and 32,374 cases to his name, Robert Bryden began practicing law, with a special interest in personal injury law, in 1984. To deliver that service to more Australians he founded Bryden Lawyers with his other partners in 1996. He sold his business in 2012 and today there is no longer a Bryden there. He relaunched in 2016 Robert Bryden Lawyers. Robert joined the Board of The Song Company in November 2019.

Antony Pitts

Antony Pitts has led The Song Company artistically since 2016 to outstanding critical acclaim. In 2019 he put together a rescue package to enable the company to resume trading during a period of Voluntary Administration, and ultimately to be returned to the Directors – an outcome achieved by only one in fifty Australian companies in similar straits. He now sits on the Board of The Song Company.
