As the nation’s leading professional vocal ensemble with an almost 40-year old history, The Song Company is best placed to deliver an artist training program that will enrich the entire Australian Arts community. In 2023 we are working with private partners, Government and individual supports to develop a program that will specifically address the lack of training opportunities in Australia for early-career vocalists.

The program will enhance the ensemble's existing reputation of excellence and innovation by developing the next generation of vocal performers capable of performing across a wide range of styles, languages and genres. By offering bespoke training and mentoring with established performers, the program will become a sought-after career pathway for vocal artists living locally, nationally and potentially from abroad.
