Biography
Bonnie de la Hunty was a Young Artist with The Song Company at the Canberra International Music Festival in 2014 and sang in the 2018 MainStage tour of One-Equal-Music. Bonnie is a graduate of Early Music studies at the Royal Conservatoire of The Hague, Netherlands; Masters at Royal Academy of Music, London; and the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts, Perth. She has also been a soloist with the Australian Brandenburg Orchestra, Perth Symphony Orchestra, Freeze Frame Opera, Lost and Found Opera, Adelaide Baroque, Australian Baroque, WASO Chorus, Perth Symphonic Chorus; and member of choirs including Polyphony (London), Giovanni Consort (Perth), and St George’s Cathedral Consort (Perth). She has taken short courses at the Franz Schubert Institut of lieder in Baden, Austria, and at L’Abbaye Royaumont, France, and given song recitals in Australia, France, the Netherlands and UK. Bonnie is co-director of Perth-based Baroque ensemble, HIP Company.
